Out-of-state personal checks are welcome, but orders are held for 15 days for bank clearance. Make check or money order payable to New England Mustang.

Orders over $500 we pay the shipping on normal weight and size packages. Additional shipping will be charged to oversize packages, heavy packages, or items requiring truck freight. Note: We must have a street address for UPS delivery.

Returns:
All electrical parts, special orders, and literature are non-returnable. Returns are allowed within a 30 day period from date of shipment. To return an item, call customer service at 203-268-3760 to obtain a RA# (return authorization number). A copy of your invoice is required along with the reason for the item(s) being returned and whether you want a refund or credit towards other parts. Returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If we have made an error, we will assume return shipping costs via the least expensive means of transportation and there would be no assessment due for restocking. Defective merchandise, upon inspection, will be replaced.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you should receive parts that are damaged or missing due to a broken box, contact the carrier immediately (UPS, Post Office, etc.). They will take care of proccessing the claim on your end. DO NOT ship the parts back to us. We will do everything we can to see that your claim is taken care of.
